Reports Released in Three Cases Where Charges Laid

The province’s Serious Incident Response Team (SIRT) has released reports in investigations relating to charges laid against Cst. Chris Mosher and Cst. Desmond Lambert of the Halifax Regional Police, and Cst. Zeran (Justin) Simmonds of the Lower Sackville RCMP.  SIRT had previously issued media releases in each case at the time charges were laid.

SIRT is responsible for investigating all serious incidents involving police in Nova Scotia. Investigations are under the direction and control of independent civilian director Ron MacDonald.
