The Director of the Serious Incident Response Team is required to release a public report within three months of the conclusion of each investigation the SiRT conducts.  Below are copies of each report filed by the Director to date for files from Nova Scotia. 

Beginning in January 2025 reports for files rom New Brunswick will be posted below. Until then, all New Brunswick reports can be found at the following link at the bottom of the page under the heading: Investigations of the Serious Incident Response Team:
